Avantis has announced the AVNT Tokenomics, and the airdrop snapshot has not been taken yet.
BlockBeats News, August 27th, Base ecosystem derivatives trading platform Avantis announced the launch of the token AVNT. The total supply of AVNT is 1 billion, with a community allocation of 51%: including an airdrop allocation of 12.5%, which will cover all protocol activities from the first and second quarters starting in February 2024, as well as reserved for community contributors, influencers, and ecosystem partners, with the snapshot yet to be taken.
Furthermore, on-chain incentive allocation is 28.6%; builder and ecosystem funding allocation is 9%. The team, advisors, investors, and foundation have a total allocation of 49.9%: including a team and advisor allocation of 13.30%, subject to a 12-month lock-up, followed by a gradual 30-month unlock; investor allocation of 26.61%, with unlock rules similar to the team and advisors; foundation allocation of 4%; and liquidity reserve allocation of 6%.
Avantis previously completed an $8 million Series A financing round in June this year, led by Founders Fund and Pantera Capital, with participation from Symbolic Capital, SALT Fund, and Flowdesk.
