Bankr Developers Urge Users to Enable MFA for Account Security

The developers of Bankr, known as deployer, posted on platform X urging all Bankr users to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on their accounts. Merely enabling MFA on X or other social login accounts is insufficient to ensure the security of account funds. Deployer also stated that the Bankr X account had been compromised, leading to the posting of fraudulent airdrop links, despite the account being protected by device-side Passkey. Deployer has requested the removal of the related fraudulent posts from platform X and is assisting in investigating the cause of the account breach.
