According to Lookonchain monitoring, a newly created address starting with 0xfDe8 has withdrawn 11,629 ETH (worth $23.71 million) from Binance in the past two days.

Previously, the whale 0x8E34 also withdrew 63,324 ETH (worth $131.2 million) from Kraken in the past two days.
