FLock.io Signs Memorandum of Understanding with UNDP Dominican Republic Office
FLock.io has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Dominican Republic Office to explore areas such as privacy-preserving AI, distributed systems, data governance, and trusted public digital infrastructure. The collaboration will cover topics including inclusive digital systems, social protection, and climate sustainable development. FLock.io is participating in the UNDP SDG Blockchain Accelerator project and has been advancing an agricultural microinsurance pilot in the Dominican Republic since May this year. This initiative aims to explore climate risk protection solutions for local smallholder farmers through AI-assisted risk assessment and blockchain-based payout mechanisms, thereby reducing the risk of exposure of raw and sensitive data. This MoU extends the cooperation between the two parties to long-term collaboration in knowledge exchange, institutional learning, and public digital infrastructure. FLock.io continues to promote the application of DeAI, AI, and blockchain technology in the public sector, expanding its presence in government AI, data privacy, and trusted digital infrastructure.
