Mesh Acquires Bluvo to Accelerate Global Payment Network Development
On October 13, the crypto payment platform Mesh announced the acquisition of exchange connectivity technology developer Bluvo to expedite the construction of its global payment network. Bluvo co-founders Florian Sabani and Luca Dalla Chiara will join Mesh as senior software engineers and head of exchange partnerships, respectively. The acquisition price and terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mesh CEO Bam Azizi stated that future finance should allow user funds to flow on demand, and that Mesh has been building this network for six years with the goal of becoming the relevant standard. Dalla Chiara pointed out that they have been dealing with exchange connectivity issues for many years, and that the merger will allow for faster progress, as Mesh already has scalable coverage. Sabani emphasized that the challenge lies in maintaining connection reliability each time, with the goal of achieving higher availability and lower complexity. Founded in 2020, Mesh has connected over 300 exchanges and wallets through a single integration.
