Morgan Stanley Optimistic About SpaceX AI Business Valuation, Stock Price Approaching Zero Valuation

On July 25, Morgan Stanley analysts stated that the sell-off of SpaceX stock has pushed its price to a level that implies investors value its artificial intelligence business at zero. Analyst Adam Jonas pointed out in a report that there is a disconnect between investors' pessimism and the unchanged fundamentals of the company, creating an opportunity to buy SpaceX stock. It is expected that as the lock-up period for the first batch of shares expires next month, some insiders may sell their shares, potentially causing SpaceX's stock price to further decline to $100 per share. At this level, investors are effectively assigning a zero valuation, or even a negative valuation, to SpaceX's AI business. Jonas has set a target price of $300 for SpaceX stock, with over 50% of that valuation coming from the company's AI business.
