BlockBeats News, October 24th, according to on-chain analyst Ai Auntie (@ai_9684xtpa), Richard Heart's associated address transferred ETH again after four days, 7 minutes ago sent 10,990 ETH to a new address 0xafa...6C0d5, worth approximately $42.62 million. The receiving address currently shows no movement or sell-off activity.
Interpol issued a red notice to Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Heart in 2024, accusing him of serious tax evasion and assault. On July 31, 2023, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Richard Heart, alleging that Heart raised over $1 billion by selling Pulsechain, PulseX, and Hex project tokens and misappropriated at least $12 million of customer funds.
