SBF posted stating that new evidence suggests that under the leadership of Biden, the Department of Justice has threatened multiple witnesses to stay silent or change their testimony. My conviction should be overturned. Judge Lewis Kaplan should recuse himself from this motion, given his tendency to prejudge and predispose charges against the defendants (including me). Judge Lewis Kaplan is intentionally making things difficult for us, so he cannot rule fairly.
