Swell DAO Admin Keys Suspected of Being Compromised, Malicious Contracts Threaten to Steal 2,500 ETH
The administrator keys for swETH and rswETH under Swell DAO are suspected to have been attacked. The attacker has raised the net asset value (NAV) of the tokens by up to 1% per hour without asset backing. Additionally, the attacker deployed four malicious upgrade contracts that could potentially steal approximately 2,500 ETH if executed. Currently, these contracts have not yet entered the execution queue through multi-signature approval. Spreek speculates that this incident may be related to the cloud deployment platform Railway, but this judgment is based solely on the timing coincidence, and there is no conclusive evidence yet.
