Wall Street Records Increase in Cryptocurrency Investments, Bitcoin ETF Sees Inflow of $526.7 Million
American cryptocurrency-based investment funds are experiencing a revival, surprising market observers. After weeks of capital outflows, institutional investors are once again showing interest in digital assets. Yesterday, American spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net inflow of $526.7 million, the best daily result in nearly a month. Previously, the market struggled with outflows for two weeks. This result is the best since September 22, when funds saw an inflow of $714.7 million. The main source of the inflow was the iShares Bitcoin Trust managed by BlackRock, which recorded an inflow of $665.2 million. Outflows affected Fidelity and Grayscale funds, which saw withdrawals of $83.6 million and $54.9 million, respectively. Despite the rebound, the monthly balance remains negative, with funds losing about $88 million since the beginning of October. At the same time, American Ethereum-based funds recorded outflows of $103.3 million, mainly due to withdrawals from the BlackRock Ethereum Trust, which amounted to $95.4 million. The Ethereum sector lost about $320 million last week.
