「Whale」 has deposited a total of $13.16 million since October, nearing depletion, with funds down over $50.3 million from its peak.

BlockBeats News, February 4th, according to Hyperinsight monitoring, "Buddy" Huang Licheng has cumulatively deposited about $13.16 million into Hyperliquid since October last year, without making any withdrawals during this period. The current account balance is only about $60,000, with almost every incoming fund ending in a loss.

His most recent fund deposit was on February 2nd, amounting to around $250,000. He immediately opened a high-leverage long position in ETH and HYPE and continued to roll over, only to be liquidated again today. So far, the account has retraced over $50.3 million from its peak of about $50.39 million in September last year. Apart from a small amount of withdrawals, the vast majority was from profit-taking and liquidation losses.

"Buddy" Huang Licheng is a Taiwanese artist who previously profited from blue-chip NFTs and has been active on the Hyperliquid platform since mid-2025. Since October of the same year, he has experienced successive large-scale liquidations, with his total holdings shrinking from over $100 million to the current tens of thousands of dollars level.
