What's new on WEEX: TradFi, Telegram Mini App and Passkey Security

By: WEEX|10/19/2026 06:18:00

TL;DR

Recent WEEX product updates focus on making trading more accessible, intuitive, and connected:

Building a Trading Experience Around Real User Needs

A trading platform is more than a place to place orders. Before making a trade, users need to find the right market, understand what's available, and access the tools they rely on. Once they are ready to trade, the experience should feel straightforward, secure, and consistent across devices.

That thinking connects WEEX's latest product developments. Rather than focusing on a single feature, the platform is evolving across several parts of the trading journey.

Bringing More Markets Within Reach

The first step is access. WEEX now supports 417 traditional financial market products, spanning stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), gold, silver, crude oil, natural gas, forex perpetual contracts, and indices. By bringing these markets together in one account, WEEX gives users access to a broader range of global market opportunities alongside crypto.

Access also depends on where users are. The WEEX Telegram Mini App brings supported market and trading features into Telegram, reducing the need to switch between apps just to check markets or reach trading tools.

Making Market Discovery More Intuitive

Getting onto a platform is only the beginning. Traders also need a practical way to find the markets they want to follow.

WEEX has improved its search experience to surface relevant trading pairs, market information, and entry points to trading features. On the web platform, multi-chart functionality allows users to monitor up to six markets in a single workspace, making it easier to compare price movements and keep their trading setup organized.

Together, these updates focus on reducing friction between discovering a market and acting on that information.

Making Everyday Trading Simpler

A smoother experience also depends on what happens behind the scenes. Passkey authentication adds another verification option for supported login and withdrawal flows, including biometric authentication on compatible devices.

Meanwhile, updates to the asset page and spot trading interface aim to make core platform functions easier to navigate across app, web, and H5.

One Connected Experience, Across More Markets

From accessing TradFi markets to discovering trading pairs, verifying account activity, and managing assets, these updates reflect a broader direction: making the different parts of trading work together more naturally.

For WEEX, the focus is not simply on adding more features, it's on connecting markets, tools, and everyday workflows around a more consistent trading experience.

One Account. All Markets.

*Trading involves risk, including the loss of capital. Feature availability may vary by region, device, and account.
